Terms and conditions of use of the app SoCrew
ARTICLE 1. LEGAL INFORMATION
Pursuant to Article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, this article specifies the identity of the various parties involved in its realization and follow-up.
The SoCrew application is developed by: PLAN BETTER, whose headquarters is located at the following address: 42 RUE GEORGES CORETE 92230 GENNEVILLIERS, FRANCE, and registered in the RCS of NANTERRE 832 456 834.

ARTICLE 2. OVERVIEW OF THE APPLICATION
The purpose of the SoCrew application is to allow users to share tips, questions and recommendations about layovers. Users can create temporary layover chats and invite others to join by generating a scannable QR code. Participants can also add friends for private messaging solely by scanning a QR code.
SoCrew does not collect telephone numbers, airline affiliation, roster information, or any other professional or employment-related data. The only personal data required for registration is an email address.

ARTICLE 4. TERMS OF SERVICE CONFIRMATION
Access to and use of the application require accepting and respecting these Terms and Conditions of Service.
SoCrew reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the application and the services as well as these Terms and Conditions, particularly with the aim of adjusting them to the changes in the application by making available new features or by deleting or modifying existing features.
Prior to using the application, the user is therefore advised to consult the latest version of these Terms and Conditions accessible on-site at all times. In case of disagreement with the Terms and Conditions, the user may not use the application.
ARTICLE 5. ACCESS AND NAVIGATION
SoCrew exploits the technical solutions at its disposal to allow access to the application 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it may at any time suspend, limit, or interrupt access to the application or certain functions in order to proceed with updates, content changes, or any other action deemed necessary for the proper functioning of the application.
Connection to and browsing of the SoCrew application shall signify complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Service, regardless of the technical means of access and the terminals used.
If applicable, these Terms apply to all of the application's variations or extensions for social networks and/or existing or future community-based networks.

ARTICLE 7. SERVICES RESERVED FOR SIGNED-UP USERS
7.1 REGISTRATION
Access to the creation of temporary layover chats and private messaging is conditioned upon registration.
Registration and access to the services of the application are reserved exclusively for natural or legal persons legally capable of completing and validating the registration form, as well as accepting these Terms and Conditions of Service.
When registering, the user undertakes to provide an accurate and up-to-date email address. This is the only personal data requested at registration. No telephone number, name, postal address, airline information, roster data, or other professional information is required or collected.
The same email address may only be used once to register for the services. Only one registration per email address is allowed.
After successful registration, the user can:

ARTICLE 9. DATA COLLECTION
1. What kinds of personal data are collected by SoCrew?
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 ("Informatique et Libertés") and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), SoCrew informs you that the only personal data collected during registration is the user's email address.

Personal data collected by SoCrew (the data controller) is not disclosed to external companies for commercial or any other purposes, except where required by law or necessary for the technical operation of the service (in which case appropriate contractual safeguards are in place).
5. How long is the data retained?
The email address associated with an account is retained for as long as the account remains active. When an account is deleted by the user or becomes inactive for a prolonged period, the data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Temporary layover chats, private messages and related content are deleted when the chat ends or after a short retention period.

ARTICLE 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The structure of the application, as well as texts, graphics, images, photographs, sounds, videos, and computer applications that compose it are the property of the publisher, or their respective assignees, and are protected as such by the current laws regulating intellectual property.
Any representation, reproduction, adaptation, and partial or total exploitation of the content, trademarks, and services offered by the application, by any means whatsoever, without the prior express and written authorization of the publisher is strictly prohibited and could constitute an infringement within the articles L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. The regulation however does not extend to the elements expressly presented as royalty-free on the site.
An access to the application does not constitute recognition of an intellectual property right and, in general, does not confer any intellectual property right relating to an element of the application, which remains the exclusive property of the publisher.
It is forbidden for the user to enter into the application any data that would be likely to modify its content or appearance.
ARTICLE 11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the French courts in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction in force.
